When you buy from our website, you are assured of a great shopping experience. We ensure all necessary care is taken when we ship your products to you. However, if due to an unforeseen event, you are not happy with what you have received, we offer you complete peace of mind with safe and easy replacements.

Free 7 Day Replacement

Your order qualifies for a free 7 day replacement in the following circumstances:

  1. Different product received: If you have received a product different from what you ordered, we apologize for the inconvenience. Kindly email us a picture of the product received along with your order number. We will arrange a quick pick up and send you the replacement completely free of cost.
  2. Damaged condition: We take utmost care while preparing your shipment. However, if your order arrives damaged, kindly email us the picture of the damaged shipment along with the order number. We will quickly send you a replacement completely free of cost.
  3. Incomplete order: If you have not received all items from your order, kindly email us your concern with your order number. We will ship the missing items the same day.

Refund Policy

  1. Order Cancellation: Orders received before 1300 hours IST are shipped the same day. All other orders are shipped the next business day. If you wish to cancel your order, kindly email or call our customer care during business hours to raise your request. Cancellation is subject to shipment status.
  2. No Refund after Shipment: No refund or cancellation request will be accepted/processed for prepaid orders once they have been shipped.

Damage: Once a damaged order is returned and approved, the replacement will be delivered in 7 days.

Return & Exchange: If return is approved, the exchange or replaced product will be delivered in 7 days. Returns must be made within 7 days after receiving the product.

Refund: If approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 10 days.
